Global 6 C-Suite Fellowship | 100% Scholarship for Aspiring Student Leaders

The Global 6 C-Suite Fellowship by Welcome Intern is an experiential leadership program designed for ambitious university students who want to gain practical exposure to executive-level thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and real-world business challenges.

Each cohort brings together 6 selected students, with each Fellow taking responsibility for one C-Suite functional area:

CEO Fellow – Strategy & Leadership
COO Fellow – Operations & Execution
CTO Fellow – Technology & Innovation
CMO Fellow – Marketing & Growth
CHRO Fellow – People, Culture & Talent
CFO Fellow – Finance & Value

Together, the six Fellows operate as one global leadership team, collaborating on business challenges, projects, presentations, and strategic recommendations.

What Fellows Will Experience

Participants will have opportunities to develop skills in leadership, strategic thinking, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and executive presentation. The fellowship includes global team collaboration, executive mentorship, real-world projects, and a professional certificate upon successful completion.

Two Fellowship Pathways

Global 6 C-Suite Fellowship
Open to ambitious university students interested in developing practical leadership and business skills.

Global 6 Women’s C-Suite Fellowship
A women’s leadership initiative designed to provide university women with opportunities to develop executive-level experience and leadership confidence before graduation.

Scholarship Opportunity

Selected students may receive a 100% program scholarship. Scholarship availability is limited to 6 selected students per cohort and is subject to the fellowship’s selection criteria.

Who Should Apply?

We welcome applications from motivated undergraduate and graduate students interested in leadership, business, technology, operations, marketing, finance, people management, entrepreneurship, or innovation.

Students from all academic majors and backgrounds are encouraged to express interest where their skills align with one of the six C-Suite functions.
