Neighborhood Commercial Corridor Project Intern — Linden Economic Development Alliance
College Internship | $20/hour
The Linden Economic Development Alliance is seeking a motivated college student for a paid internship supporting the revitalization of the Cleveland Avenue corridor. This is an opportunity to apply classroom skills to a real community development project while building experience for your résumé and future career. You’ll research vacant properties and auto-related businesses, collect and organize data, use online research and mapping tools, conduct field observations, and help develop databases and maps that support future investment and neighborhood improvement.
The internship offers hands-on experience in economic development, real estate research, business research, GIS/mapping, data analysis, and community development. Students studying business, real estate, urban planning, geography, public policy, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Pay: $20/hour| Start Date: October 12, 2026. | Application Deadline: October 7, 2026. Scheduling can be coordinated around the student's college schedule.
